1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the via4d platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
3. You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your location.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of via4d, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, whether voluntarily submitted through via4d or administered by any third-party responsible gaming organisation.
6. You must not have had a prior via4d account closed, suspended, or terminated by via4d for any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

via4d reserves the absolute right to refuse registration or to close any account where eligibility criteria are not satisfied, with any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) returned to the Player via the original deposit method where technically possible.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of via4d services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to your account:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active via4d account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false information, including a fictitious name, false date of birth, or an identity that does not belong to you, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. via4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Account non-transferability: Your via4d account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• KYC verification: Before processing any withdrawal, via4d requires you to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a KTP or passport), proof of address, and — where applicable — documentation supporting the source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification will prevent withdrawal processing until the outstanding documentation is received.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the via4d platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Supported payment methods: via4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional methods may be added or removed at via4d's discretion with reasonable notice.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. In exceptional circumstances — including but not limited to bank maintenance windows, public holidays, or security reviews — processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.
• Withdrawal method matching: Withdrawals will generally be returned via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. via4d reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
• Platform fees: via4d does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which via4d bears no responsibility.
• Source of funds: All funds deposited into your via4d account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. via4d reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account in the Player's name.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

via4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on the promotion page or in the bonus communication. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% towards requirements; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The specific contribution rates for each game category will be displayed on the relevant promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified on the promotion. Uncompleted bonuses will expire automatically and any remaining Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion is limited to one claim per eligible Player, per household, and per shared device or IP address. via4d reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer and reclaim Bonus Funds where abuse is suspected.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While Bonus Funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or game event is Rp 50.000 unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds: Bonus Funds themselves are non-cashable. Only the winnings generated from wagering Bonus Funds — once wagering requirements have been fully met — are eligible for withdrawal as real money.

6 Betting & Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the via4d platform. Specific rules for individual games, markets, and bet types are published within the respective game lobbies and sportsbook sections.

• Sportsbook: Bets placed on sports markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and international tournaments such as the AFF Cup and FIFA World Cup — are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. Mix parlay (accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) bets are subject to their respective rule sets as displayed in the sportsbook section.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. via4d reserves the right to suspend or restrict live betting markets at any time without prior notice, including during periods of significant match events.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or abandonment, incorrect pricing due to a manifest error, technical malfunction during bet placement, or where via4d has reasonable grounds to believe that a bet was placed with knowledge of irregular activity relating to the event. Void bets are returned to the Player's wallet at the original stake value.
• Manifest errors: via4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of a manifest or palpable error — including odds that are clearly inconsistent with market pricing at the time of placement. The decision of via4d on whether an error is manifest shall be final.
• Casino and slot games: All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. via4d's slot library, supplied by studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft, adheres to published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. The current RTP for any game is available within the game information panel.
• Maximum win cap: Unless otherwise stated, a single winning event shall not exceed Rp 500.000.000 regardless of the theoretical payout on the game. Any amounts exceeding this cap will be reduced to the cap value upon payout.

7 Responsible Gaming

via4d is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. We offer the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity responsibly:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from their account settings. A reduction in deposit limits takes effect immediately. An increase in limits is subject to a mandatory twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: Players may configure maximum session durations, after which an automatic notification will prompt the Player to review their activity before continuing.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests submitted via our live chat team are processed within one (1) hour. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and all promotional communications will cease.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the via4d platform — including but not limited to the via4d brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of via4d or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the via4d platform without our prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used to power the via4d platform.
• Use any automated tool, bot, scraper, or spider to access, index, or harvest data from the platform.
• Use the via4d name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without our explicit written authorisation.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the via4d platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of prohibited activities.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or otherwise illegally obtained.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated mix parlay betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Using any third-party software, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or mechanical device to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings arising from a known or suspected error must be reported to our support team immediately; retention of such winnings constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward via4d staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Player's account, or sharing login credentials with any third party.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, via4d shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Business interruption or loss of opportunity.
• Any losses arising from a Service Interruption, technical fault, or connectivity failure beyond our reasonable control.

via4d's aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your via4d account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits via4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

via4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or game mechanics.
• Use of prohibited software or tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure for reasons other than Player-initiated self-exclusion or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method, net of any applicable withholdings. Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings are not returnable upon account closure for a breach of these Terms.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours.

12 Privacy & Data

via4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including your name, date of birth, national identification number, and payment details — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. via4d will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Amendments to These Terms

via4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, we will provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notification on the platform or by emailing registered Players at the address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the via4d platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure and return of any eligible balance.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the internal rules of via4d's licensing jurisdiction.

via4d operates as an international online gaming platform. Players access the platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their own jurisdiction. via4d makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate, available, or lawful in any particular location outside of the jurisdictions in which it is licensed to operate.
